If you do not remember your PIN, you can select a new one by completing the following instructions:

First, call 1-888-328-7366.

Follow the prompts to select or change your PIN.

You will need the following information to select your Personal Identification Number :

  • The 19 digit card number on the front of your ACCESS EBT card.
  • The last four digits of the primary EBT account holders SSN.
  • The primary EBT account holders Date of Birth.

Important Facts About Snap Benefits In Kentucky

After you apply for SNAP benefits and get approved, youll receive a SNAP benefits account. Each month, funds will be deposited into this account, and youll receive an EBT card in the mail.

Most stores will post a sign on the front window indicating that they accept EBT. You may also find that many gas stations and convenience stores accept the card as a payment form.

Which Restaurants Take Ebt In Kentucky

The Restaurant Meals Program is a federal program that enables qualified elderly, disabled, and homeless food stamps recipients to buy food at authorized restaurants. Any state or county can enroll in the Restaurant Meals Program.
