You can use your EBT card for Walmart Grocery delivery in eligible states. EBT is an approved payment method in states who are a part of the SNAP Online Purchasing Pilot Program.
You can check the USDAs website to see if your state is a part of the SNAP Online Purchasing Pilot Program. After clicking the link, click on your state, and a list of eligible stores will be displayed.
Keep in mind that you will need to have a second payment method, like a debit or a credit card , to pay for the non-approved EBT items. In addition, the delivery fee cannot be paid using your EBT card.

Can I Order Groceries Online And Have My Items Delivered
You can purchase groceries online using your Florida EBT card and have them delivered directly to your door.
However, you cannot use your Florida SNAP EBT benefits to pay for any delivery fees associated with your online grocery order. This means that you will be asked to provide an additional method of payment to pay for any delivery fees.
For Walmart, their online grocery delivery only applies to customers within a 10-15 mile radius of the physical store.
However, not all Walmart locations participate in delivery. Please check directly with your local Walmart location.

Some meal delivery services offer a great value to individuals and families that want fresh, nutritious meals but are short on time or lack easy access to a well-stocked grocery store. Currently, the main meal delivery services only accept standard payment options, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and gift cards. Hello Fresh also accepts PayPal for those that dont use credit cards.
As an alternative, you can choose to order groceries online, pay for them with your EBT, and have them delivered directly to your door. Fresh Direct is one company that offers this option to their customers. With Fresh Direct, you can choose SNAP-eligible food items on their website, including frozen prepared meals that can be easily reheated.
The only downside to Fresh Direct is its limited delivery area. Currently, they only serve certain areas of the northwest, including select cities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington DC.

For the 40 million Americans currently receiving food stamps, the EBT card is how they access their benefits.

Does Hungryroot Accept Ebt
Hungryroot doesnt currently accept EBT or SNAP benefits like other online grocers with delivery such as HEB, Walmart, and Amazon this is once again due to them being 100% online-based and thus not being able to take EBT/SNAP benefits like larger retailers with physical locations where they deliver from.

Instacart Expands Ebt Snap Payment To Three New Retailers
Instacart recently expanded EBT SNAP payment to three new retailers.
Buying groceries online just got a bit easier for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program users in 15 states. Beginning April 29, 2021, online grocery platform, Instacart is expanding acceptance of EBT SNAP payment to three new retailers Publix, The Save Mart Companies and Price Chopper/Market 32, for online grocery delivery and pickup. The expansion increases EBT SNAP availability by more than 1,500 stores across 15 states.
Were committed to continuing to expand EBT SNAP payments for Americans nationwide and are proud to partner with three new retailers Publix, The Save Mart Companies and Price Chopper/Market 32 on this important initiative, said Nilam Ganenthiran, President of Instacart.
Ordering groceries online has long been a challenge for SNAP users. It wasnt until early 2019 that ordering groceries online was even an option for SNAP users. And until the arrival of Covid-19, it had only been available to people in a few select states.
Once the expansion is complete, Instacart will offer EBT SNAP in more than 4,000 stores across 38 states and Washington D.C.
