2. Elderly
The Age 60 rule applies at the RMP. The elderly person/household are senior citizens who are 60 or older.
3. Disabled
To be eligible, you are designated disabled by a government entity. Generally, the person is receiving Social Security benefits Railroad Retirement benefits Annuities or other disability payments.
In addition, your state has to offer the RMP in order for you to be able to buy food at participating restaurants.
