If you believe or have evidence of SNAP benefits fraud, it is important to report it right away. Fill out the online form at the USDAs Office of Inspector General website. Your complaint can remain confidential you can include your name or opt to report the fraud anonymously. Another option is to call 202-690-2474 to make the complaint by phone. Can I use my card right away? No, you will need to create a Personal Identification Number by calling the EBT customer service toll free number in order to activate your card. Once the PIN is created, it will be the same for all replacement cards unless you call the EBT customer service toll free number to change the PIN.
